[02 May 2005|07:29pm] This songs amazing. [Under the LJ-CUT] The story behind it is so touching. It's about the first Marine that died in Iraq, and how President Bush called the house of the family and gave his prayers and etc. And the man crying in the song is President Bush. I guess he attending the funeral and the family said he started to cry. Then the whole Arlington thing is, as you know, not very many people get the chance to be buried there, and he wanted to be since he was a little boy, and he got to because President Bush worked it out so he could be buried there with his grandfather. It's quite touching though. It made me bawl. I got a phone call from my Marine today too :) Only 10 minutes, but still. ( trace adkins -- arlington ) post comment
